Police fatally shoot machete attacker at NYC's Grand Central Terminal
Chaos erupted at New York City's Grand Central Terminal when a machete-wielding attacker, identified as 44-year-old Anthony Griffin, slashed three individuals on a train platform on Sunday morning. Police responding to the scene fatally shot Griffin after he ignored at least 20 commands to drop his weapon and advanced towards officers. All three victims, described as elderly, were hospitalized and are in stable condition. Griffin reportedly acted erratically and referred to himself as 'Lucifer'
