South African authorities have apprehended Kemi Seba, a prominent French-born Beninese activist, in Pretoria during what officials described as an attempted escape to Europe via Zimbabwe. Seba, whose real name is Stellio Gilles Robert Capo Chichi, was detained alongside his 18-year-old son and a third accomplice suspected of facilitating their illegal crossing into Zimbabwe.
