Mazzarella, 48, was apprehended in a high-stakes raid at a luxury villa in Vietri sul Mare, on the Amalfi Coast. He is accused of orchestrating a fatal shooting at a delicatessen in Naples back in 2000 and has been on the run since an arrest warrant was issued in 2025.
